He sounds like a cult leader trying to keep the cult members from leaving by brainwashing them in small groups pouring over their “felt needs.” I’ll stick to my Bible-based, Christ-centered church. Warren is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. He is a Peter Drucker acolyte that has turned churches into corporations where you will not find the true Gospel.

  2. Is there a level or progression in small groups? For example, we might start with casual conversations and sharing, then after a few weeks go deeper until we’re studying Scripture together. Or is the study part meant for another phase of the discipleship program?
