I use And Bible. It only has free resources, so is limited a bit. But recently they have added AI features, which makes up for some of the missing resource. You can, for example, let And Bible explain a Hebrew word to you, and it will look up updated info from the internet as well.
STEPBible, as several have noted, is well worth a look. While it has no mobile app, it has a great UI (at least on iPhone). In the last couple of years STEPBible has upgraded its original language tools. It should be in every free user’s toolbox. For paying users….yes, nothing beats Logos.
